Between a Rock and a Hard Place
This vintage Dodge screamed "I need breathing room". Preserving this beauty in a portrait framed by its surroundings was the best that I could offer (legally).
Great picture. Your treatment of the rust is wonderful. Did you notice the almost new treads in the tires? This, contrasted with the broken windshield and rust deterioration, makes this find even more incredible.
I LOVE this image! Great details and textures to enjoy, what a shame she’s been left to sit in this condition. She DOES provide a most wonderful subject for your lens to study, though!
Now that’s my kind of mess! Fantastic find.

I like that you can still see the Dodge badge on the radiator. What a marvelous find. I sure do hope your tetanus shots are up to date!

I love this shot, Barbara. An old Dodge with plenty of rust and a cracked up windshield never looked better. 🙂
Great find!
